We use Canada Post for all orders. Tracked and insured.
If you've purchased a Special Order item, we'll email you a shipping quote and the anticipated lead time.

Unfortunately, lighting and furniture products are not available to customers located outside Canada and the contiguous USA.
- The shipping rates shown above and free shipping does not apply to furniture, lighting, heavy or bulky items.
- Shipping may take longer than stated for rural destinations.
- The Fjord Store isn't responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit.
- Any fees incurred from rejected shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes & Fees
Orders from customers in British Columbia are subject to 5% GST & 7% PST. Orders from other Provinces are subject to 5% GST.
International orders, including the contiguous United States, are tax-free at the time of purchase from The Fjord Store. They may be subject to cross-border import duties and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All transactions are in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate used when making a purchase from this website is determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase. $US currency conversion information shown on this site is for information purposes only.
Returns & Exchanges
A full refund or exchange is available for regular priced item(s) returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in undamaged, sellable condition, in original, unmarked packaging with product tags still attached. As proof of your original purchase, please complete and include the provided ‘Return & Exchange’ form. The Fjord Store will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. In all other cases, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer pays for all associated costs for shipping returns and exchanges. For customers located outside Canada, please clearly label your parcel and declare the items in the applicable customs forms as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Returns that aren't properly labelled and declared may incur additional handling and customs fees. Please send using a trackable shipping option via your national postal service.
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale/discounted or Special Order items. For customers who choose the free shipping option, unfortunately, we can't refund returns but instead give store credit.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing an order for the item you would like before returning the original. This ensures we have your exchange item in-stock. When we receive your unwanted item, we’ll provide a full refund and send you a confirmation email.
The Fjord Store delivers exchange and replacement products using the same delivery type chosen for the original order. However, we reserve the right to use an alternative method.
Any charges or refunds to your credit card will be issued in Canadian dollars. Refund amounts may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuating exchange rates and charges by your credit card company/payment institution. These variances are outside the control of The Fjord Store.
Damaged & Lost Items
The Fjord Store ships high-quality undamaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please email us details with a photo(s) within 3 days of receipt: firstname.lastname@example.org
Goods damaged in transit are insured and the responsibility of the postal service/courier. So a claim can be made quickly, please don't discard packaging and the paperwork from the postal service/courier and The Fjord Store. The Fjord Store isn't responsible for lost or stolen items.
